Lucky Tattoo

This tattoo is about 2.5 inches across. The customer requested a simple script design in black, with stars and sparkles around it. I was able to come up with something simple, feminine and well balanced, I'm really happy with how this turned out.

Ashtabula BST Banners

The top banner is the before, and the bottom is an after. This group is for the county of Ashtabula in Ohio, and it's a place for people to swap or sell their items. It's pretty interesting!
This was a free design. I went with a retro feel to make it look completely different than the previous version.

Some photos from a daytrip to Little Italy in Cleveland, Oh.

Presti's Bakery on Murray Hill.
LOVE this handwritten sign.
Tiramisu and black coffee.
For my collection of yellow hydrants.
Who IS this guy?
Bryan and I went to Little Italy in Cleveland, Ohio. It was beautiful. There was so much to see- even a batmobile that shot flames out of a pipe.

Double Infinity Tattoo

This tattoo is about 2 inches long, and is for the inner wrist. It's a double infinity, with the initial of each parent on the outer edges, and the names of their two children on the inside. The customer requested something calligraphic and feminine, and I think this delivered on both.

Unlucky 13 Pig Tattoo

I designed this for a friend of mine. He requested a pig, and the number 13, and let me take off with the rest. I thought it would look neat as an old encylopedia illustration, with different (and not quite accurate) cuts of meat marked off on it.

Zlgonje Gunleathers

I did a little bit of work for Zlogonje Gunleathers, which is based out of Cleveland, Ohio. They hand stitch and stain leather holsters, belts and bill folds. Excellent stuff! The above graphic was a logo clean up, with the original on top and the vector on the bottom.

This is a banner advertisement for a website. As you can see, having the logo as a vector came in handy!

Blue Heron Formline Tattoo

A feather shape that is a blue heron, in a similar style to northwestern formline. This is a cover up for a tribal tattoo on the forearm. It is about 6 inches long total.

T-shirt submission for the Apple Butter Festival contest.
Here in northeast Ohio- maple syrup, strawberries and apple butter are honored with their own festivals.
They're really neat and usually feature demonstrations and historic costumes. Definitely worth checking out!

This is dedicated to my cat Andrei, who can't handle when he can see the bottom of his food bowl.

mermaid in a teacup

Initially this request was for a retro styled mermaid in a bathtub.
It eventually evolved into a more modern cartoon design. (Much like Fafi)
She specifically was drawn to big features, a soft face and some details around the tub. This is a version where the mermaid was in a teacup.

lotus mandala tattoo addition

Request for an addition to an already existing tattoo (of two circles) to symbolize the loss of a daughter and life without her.
Initially the customer was interested in a tribal sun tattoo, but was inspired by the suggestion of a mandala.
She wanted feminine lines with a vintage floral feel.
This is a slightly different version, without the double circles of the original tattoo, however this design is not for anyone else's use and is now property of the customer.
To be tattooed on the inner arm.

chase that feeling tattoo

Request was for a simple, text only tattoo that reads "chase that feeling" in black. It is to be a self reminder of the complete bliss for the customer.
"In Costa Rica last year, I got caught in a torrential downpour at the bottom of a beautiful waterfall. There was no point in covering up and trying to stay dry, so instead I laid on my back on the rocks and just stared up at the sky as the rain came pouring down. THAT feeling is what I never want to stop seeking... 'chase that feeling'"

love and hope infinity tattoo

Infinity tattoo with a butterfly.
Designed for a mother whose daughter broke her neck in a swimming accident. The original version of this read "tara's hope" with a green butterfly.
4.75cm x 1.35cm to go on the inner wrist.
